Menopause weight loss – My Diet Day 3

Well today was a little tough. I stayed up way to late last night and got up at 5:00AM to go running. I think I overdid it a little on the track… everything hurts tonight. Oh well, it will all be worth it down the road.

Menopause weight loss – My diet Day 2

Day 2 of my diet went well. I started my day off with a very positive attitude. Worked out on the treadmill for 40 mins… I even managed to jog for 12 of the 40 minutes. Here’s what I ate today. Coffee (actually a skim milk latte) Breakfast- Natures Path Flax Cereal with 1/2 banana [...]
