Well today was a little tough. I stayed up way to late last night and got up at 5:00AM to go running. I think I overdid it a little on the track… everything hurts tonight. Oh well, it will all be worth it down the road.
Here’s what I ate today.
Natures Path Ultimate Slim Cereal with skim milk and half a banana.
Left over veggie and chicken stir fry with brown basmati rice for lunch.
1/2 banana and some tomato slices for a snack while I was making dinner.
Veggie burger with lettuce tomato and cheese on 2 slices of sprouted grain flax bread.
I’m off to bed now. Have a good night
